 That is the character of Solstice as she appeared within the heady Pre 52 days of DC Comics.

And once more. DC Girls Kicking Ass have picked up on how the character now seems in Teen Titans…

And extra particularly how she is showing in human kind in Teen Titans #29?

One other instance of DC Comics’ whitewashing? Or a colouring error? I would go extra with the latter… based mostly on her earlier look in, say Teen Titans #14…

I am positive this will likely be fastened within the commerce…
