Jason Pearson confirmed off a steampunk Teen Titans cowl this night on fb. Within the quote Pearson says: “Teen Titans cowl. Steampunk type. Who is aware of when DC places it out. I do not know.” From what I perceive the duvet shall be out in February for challenge #28 as a part of a month promotion just like the Scribblenauts covers. That is considered one of twenty covers to be launched in February.
